MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the COO to formulate business strategies that aligns with the company strategic goals

Implement efficient operational processes and standards

Spearhead efforts in understanding industry best practices, particularly concerning PSPs and IB schemes.

Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations

Introduce and coordinate new projects and workflows for improved user experience

Evaluate risk and lead and establish quality assurance standards

Mentor and motivate the operation team (BO and CS) to achieve productivity and engagement

Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, data, and core business metrics
-
Lead cross-departmental collaboration for effective project planning, management, and execution

Collect data through workflows and reports and provide recommendations to the COO
-
Manage relationships with Partners and Service Providers upon the COO’s instructions
-
Collaborate with other departments on project planning, management, and execution
-
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

In charge of the Company’s key reporting infrastructure

Monitor and assist on timely projects delivery and ensure internal deadlines are met
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
-
Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role in the FX industry.

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.

Mastery in Excel and data analysis.

Comprehensive knowledge of PSPs and IB schemes within the FX industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
