MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records

Assist with performance evaluation and KPIs

Assisting with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed, updating policies as needed, and communicating changes to employees.

Coordinating training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities for employees.
