MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate employee records. This includes ensuring that all HR databases are up-to-date and fully compliant.

Assist in preparing and, when necessary, amending HR documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.

Participate in the recruitment and hiring process by coordinating interviews, posting job ads, and helping to onboard new employees.

Work closely with the payroll department to provide up-to-date employee information, such as leave balances and sick days. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Be the go-to person for employees with HR-related queries. From answering questions about policies to assisting with employment paperwork, you’ll provide valuable support across the organization.

Stay informed about changes in labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies. Your knowledge will ensure that the company remains compliant with all legal requirements and best practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field is essential.

Previous years of experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience in HR administration will allow you to hit the ground running and add value from day one.

Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English is critical.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must. You should be a team player, approachable, and always ready to assist others.

You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. The ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced role.

A high level of initiative is required to anticipate needs and take proactive steps. Confidentiality is also critical, as you will handle sensitive employee information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential to effectively manage HR documents and reports.

Familiarity with EXELSYS HR software will be a significant advantage.
