MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with recruitment activities (i.e. posting job ads, screening CVs, pre-screening calls, arranging interviews, following up with hiring managers etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job board, universities and other talent sources
-
Prepare and maintain HR and recruitment reports
-
Coordination and organization of social events and activities
-
Handle employee visa procedures
-
Support in various other HR functions (i.e. onboarding, training and development, employer branding etc.)
-
Answer company’s telephone (during working hours)
-
Manage the office intercom system ensuring smooth communication between visitors and staff
-
Coordinate internal and external mailing and distribution
-
Process and record invoices
-
Oversee office supplies and equipment, placing orders when needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
1-2 years of experience in HR roles will be beneficial
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Excellent attention and
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-
A positive attitude and above all a team player
-
Can work under pressure
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BSc/MSc/Diploma in Business, HR, or related field will be beneficial
