MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support in developing and implementing the HR strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, coordination with agencies, offer management, work permits and induction processes, ensuring a seamless process and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, handle confirmations, promotions, and exits, and track attrition through exit interviews and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes; including handling of grant schemes, ensure follow-up and maintain training records.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, assist with performance improvement plans, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee employee pulse surveys and suggestions management process, delivering insights to leadership to drive informed decisions and improve workplace engagement
  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Maltese Employment Law and relevant EU Directives, and maintaining all required statutory records.
  • Keep abreast with industry developments in the field of HR.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in small to mid-sized organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR operations independently.
  • A self-motivated, flexible individual with a positive, can-do attitude
