A global Accounting & Advisory firm is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join their human resource team in Malta. You will take ownership of a number of HR operational processes and projects and ensure they follow the company’s HR calendar and other established deadlines. The ideal candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in a HR. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow strategic plans and translate such into operational plans for team.

Take ownership of a number of HR operational processes and projects and ensure they follow the Firm's HR calendar and other established deadlines.

Coordinate, plan for and attend HR events in line with the HR strategy and calendar.

Devise and discuss new internal policies as necessary as well as review existing ones on a regular basis.

Prepare and update training material in collaboration with the various service lines.

Train team members on the more complex use of specific tools used within the department.

Liaise with external and internal stakeholders as necessary for the fulfilment of allocated projects; and

Plan, allocate and coordinate talent acquisition efforts and resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Ideally have 5 years experience in an HR function, ideally within a similar environment.

Have a tertiary level of education.

Have experience in using HR Information Systems.

Have an in-depth understanding of employment law, and HR and payroll principles and the ability to train and explain how to apply and follow such; and

Familiar with talent acquisition practices in the local scenario.
