GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established firm seeking to recruit a HR Generalist in Limassol. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in line with company objectives and legal requirements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in the selection process, including reference checks and extending job offers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee grievances in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including coaching and feedback.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • HRIS and Microsoft Office is a plus
  • HR certification (CIPD) is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
