MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for shaping team wellbeing, support and training of employees

Recruitment strategy and onboarding

Developing staff policies and procedures

Drive organizational effectiveness and manage talent

Act as a coach, assisting in the resolution of issues

Responsible for retention of employees

Responsible for disciplinary procedures

Managing the annual appraisal procedures

Supervising the record keeping of employees’ files

In charge for organizing cultural enhancement events
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Graduate in Human Resources
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Fluent in English and Greek languages at a professional level
