On behalf of our client a prestigious Legal & Corporate Services provider, GRS are seeking to recruit a HR Operations Manager for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role will primarily focus on yearly performance review and salary review cycle, benefits review and overall HR processes; therefore, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys process management. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily responsible for delivery of our four key annual people-related processes across the firm: Performance reviews, Promotions cycle, Compensation, and Benefits renewal.

Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating.

Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures in alignment with local markets and firm goals.

Conduct regular market analysis, benchmarking, and gap analysis to maintain competitive salary ranges.

Coordinate the annual compensation review process, and effectively reporting outcomes.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure all policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements and are competitive in each local market.

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Ensure that HR Partners are kept informed of any issues which may impact upon HR operations.

Coordinate the maintenance of the HR Handbook and templates.

Prepare and maintain HR process maps and HR procedure guides; apply improvements, as necessary.

Assist with HR supplier management.

Manage and oversee the response to audit requests for HR information.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.

Support the HR Budget planning process.

Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, managing the workflow to ensure, accurate, high quality and timely provision of services to all stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of HR processes with a view to identifying ways for improvement.

Facilitate the development of standard operating procedures and service standards, ensuring that these are monitored to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of HR Services.

Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation and best practices for each local office.

Deliver regular HR data analysis, reporting and surveys.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Seasoned HR professional with 5-8 years of experience.
