GRS Recruitment is working with a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm serving global clients. The company are based in Limassol and are recruiting for a HR Software Consultant to join their dynamic team. The company are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Software Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational knowledge of HR processes and a keen interest in developing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support senior consultants in conducting gap analysis and designing solutions that align with business processes
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into system configurations
  • Monitor system performance and report any issues to the senior team members for resolution
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
  • Involved in the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning
  • Provide support in client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Engage in continuous learning to build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR best practices
  • Participate in system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Help create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test scripts
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects the current system setup
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements
  • Assist in system maintenance tasks, including routine checks, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Address client queries and issues 
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for end-users
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BSc in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
  • A solid grasp of human resources methods, practices, principles, and functions is preferred
  • Fluency in the Greek and English Language is required
  • Experience with any HRIS system or SAP product is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR technologies (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
