A well-established Malta-based professional services firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Executive to advise private clients on residency, citizenship, and investment migration matters, with mentorship from a Head of Immigration and an Immigration Partner. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Administration, Support, Accounting, or Audit, looking to advance their career within a dynamic environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advise private clients on Malta's residency and citizenship programmes, investment migration pathways, due diligence requirements, and relocation matters.
  • Manage applications for residence permits, work permits, visas, and citizenship end-to-end, maintaining proactive client communication throughout.
  • Support the preparation of appeal submissions and responses to immigration authority inquiries.
  • Liaise with local immigration and tax authorities, and handle document registration with the Malta Public Registry, CFR, Identità, and other government departments.
  • Advise on the conditions and procedural steps for obtaining various licences in Malta.
  • Stay current with local and international immigration legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Contribute to internal training sessions and the firm's content initiatives, including articles and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated legal services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A qualified legal professional with relevant experience in immigration law.
  • Demonstrable experience advising on Malta's residency, citizenship, and investment migration programmes.
  • Working knowledge of due diligence requirements and immigration application processes.
  • Familiarity with Malta's relevant government authorities and registration procedures (Public Registry, CFR, Identità).
  • Strong document drafting and case management capability.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €30,000 - €35,000 Gross Per Annum.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
