On behalf of our client, a dynamic Consultancy Services offering end-to-end support across compliance, operations, financial management, and back-office/verification services for various providers, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Back Office Associate to join their team in Limassol. This role involves managing administrative processes, supporting financial transactions, ensuring compliance checks, and maintaining smooth coordination with other departments. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Process and verify data accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Handle bank transaction deposits with TISS and ensure timely updates in records
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform Adverse Media Screening checks to identify potential risks
- Support the preparation and updating of reports, files, and documentation
- Communicate with other departments to identify and correct CRM transaction discrepancies
- Maintain accurate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Assist with compliance checks and other administrative procedures
- Perform general back-office support tasks as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
- Previous experience with CRM systems, TISS transactions, KYC processes, or compliance checks is an advantage, but not mandatory
