A well standing Marketing Agency with offices in Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Junior Digital Media Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will support the planning, setup, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok advertising platforms. The role will focus on campaign creation, audience targeting, budget planning, and performance monitoring.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and set up paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Define audiences, budgets, and campaign structures

Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize where needed

Prepare basic performance reports and track key KPIs

Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign strategies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
0–2 years experience in digital marketing or paid social advertising

Basic knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok advertising platforms preferred

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
-
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
