GRS Recruitment is working with a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm serving global clients. The company are based in Limassol and are recruiting for a Junior Financial Software Consultant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the SAP project lifecycle, contributing to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of SAP solutions. You will support project tasks such as system configuration, data migration, and documentation, provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and gather requirements to ensure the system aligns with business needs.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test plans.

Document any custom developments or enhancements made to the SAP system.

Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.

Configure SAP modules according to the specifications and requirements gathered.

Assist in customizing the SAP system to fit the specific needs of the business.

Perform unit testing to ensure individual components and configurations function correctly.

Support integration and user acceptance testing to validate the entire system's functionality.

Document test cases and results and help troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.

Assist in conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather business requirements.

Document and analyze business processes to understand how they can be mapped to SAP solutions.

Assist in data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.

Provide post-go-live support to users, helping them navigate and use the SAP system effectively.

Respond to user queries and troubleshoot issues, escalating to senior consultants when necessary.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, modules, and industry trends.

Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance SAP knowledge and skills.

Assist in identifying, analysing, and resolving issues related to SAP configurations, processes, and data.

Document issues and solutions for future reference and improvement.

Support project management activities by tracking project progress, updating project plans, and coordinating with team members.

Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.

Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and other project team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related field

Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage

The LCCI Diploma will be considered an advantage

Knowledge of SAP Technologies, ERP, Business Intelligence systems, Accounting or other Business Software will be considered an advantage

Fluent in the Greek and English language is required
