DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems

Assisting in ensuring network security and system integrity

Providing timely and effective technical support to customers

Resolving IT issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Delivering excellent customer service while communicating technical concepts clearly

Supporting the wider IT team in daily operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Basic experience or knowledge in Network Administration and IT systems
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Understanding of network security principles
-
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Degree or certification in IT or a related field is advantageous
-
Previous experience in IT support is a plus, but not essential
