DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and guidance to our clients

Understanding of Business Software (CRM or HR or other Business Systems)

Delivering product pre-sales demonstrations and help in Sales Cycle

Participate in implementation process

Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Basic knowledge of customer support systems.
-
Degree in Business, Internet Studies, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Digital Media or other related fields

Very good communication skills in both Greek and English

Previous experience in a similar position or experience with business software like SoftOne, CRM systems, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy systems, Payroll software, or other business software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho) will be rewarded with an additional salary and bonus.
