On behalf of our client, a well-established Legal Firm, GRS are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast and dynamic environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, facsimile, etc.) daily.
  • Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately.
  • Typing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
  • Carry out-of-office work.
  • Manage the lawyer’s diaries.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Welcoming visitors, clients, and associates.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Secretarial Studies
  • Very good knowledge of computer use (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet).
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (speaking and writing).
  • Organizational and communication skills, fluency of speech, ability to work under pressure, organization, and adherence to schedules.
  • Integrity of character, confidentiality, and strong work ethics.
  • Previous employment at a law firm or related experience a minimum of 3 years’ will be considered an additional qualification.
