GRS is working with a well-established Cyprus-based pharmaceutical company with a long-standing presence in the local market who is seeking to recruit a Medical Representative. The company operates across a range of healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals, developing strong professional relationships and supporting the achievement of commercial objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals across Nicosia and Larnaca, while being based in Limassol.

Present and promote the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products in a professional and informative manner.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and business partners.

Plan and organise daily visits and manage an effective territory schedule.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio and stay up to date with new products and activities.

Identify opportunities to develop existing and new business relationships.

Work towards and achieve agreed commercial and sales targets.

Provide regular feedback regarding market developments, customer needs and competitor activity.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits and follow up effectively on opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience as a Medical Representative will be considered a significant advantage.

A valid driving licence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident, professional and personable approach.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trusted relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Highly organised, reliable and self-motivated.

Commercially driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Ability to work independently and manage a busy daily schedule.

Registration with the Cyprus Medical Representatives Register, where applicable, will be considered an additional advantage.

Fluency in Greek and English is a must
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€16,800 - €18,000 Gross Per Annum
