GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia who are searching to recruit an Administrator / Secretary to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks

Drafting and issuing invoices, maintaining invoice records, coordinating with the accounting department, and following up on outstanding payments

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)

Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
-
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars
-
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
-
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners
-
Ensure smooth office operations and maintain office supplies
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or related field

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
-
Proficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
