DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk environment

Prepare, maintain, and organize company documentation and records
-
Liaise with local authorities, government bodies, and external partners as required
-
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
-
Maintain accurate filing systems and office records
-
Assist with basic marketing support tasks, including preparing documents, presentations, and event materials
-
Visit government offices (e.g., Deputy Ministry of Shipping) and other authorities when required

Deliver and collect official documents on behalf of the company
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and email management is essential

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage

Valid driving license is required

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
