On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable Accounting and Audit Firm in Nicosia, GRS are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator. Offering high quality services to their clients on a local and international level, our client prides themselves as a trusted partner in the provision of Audit and Accounting services. If you have 1-2 years’ minimum previous experience in an Audit Firm and would like to become a part of an exciting team of professionals, GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and providing support to employees during company events
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in the administrative preparation of Audit reports, etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role in an Audit Firm is a must
  • Fluency in both Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High integrity of character and work ethic
  • Team-player and positive personality
