The ideal candidate should be a confident English and Maltese speaker, with some experience in a similar role, experience within the industry will be considered an asset. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining and improving on internal processes
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office
  • Basic accounting
  • Greet clients
  • Filing
  • Organisation of office
  • Phone operation
  • Secretarial tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proactive with initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and liaise with negotiators, managers and directors
  • Familiarity with real estate listings, contracts and lease agreements is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
