A newly established wholesale company, selling equipment for outdoor activities. is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Office Administrator for their Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organizing the trading process
  • Creating and submitting for the director’s approval the work schedule of cashiers and salespersons of the store.
  • Making sure that the store's work schedule is functioning properly based on the requirements.
  • Organizing and conducting meetings before the start of the work shift, during which various news related to the store's operations will be communicated to employees, current issues will be discussed, and a work plan for the current shift will be developed.
  • Mentoring new store employees, their training, and induction into their positions.
  • Understand the products, become familiar with the store's assortment matrix, have knowledge of the most demanded products and which ones need to be promoted using additional tools (placement in the checkout area, announcing a promotion on the product).
  • Discussing considerations regarding product promotion with the store director.
  • Checking the quantity of goods in the store's inventory, and if necessary, placing orders with suppliers.
  • Controlling of the product placement in the sales area.
  • Working with customers: consulting, resolving disputes, conducting sales processes.
  • Controlling the availability of consumables: cash register tape, price tags, etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous working experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High integrity of character and work ethic
  • Positive personality
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
