GRS are working with an auto care company in Limassol who are looking to hire an Office Administrator to be the face of their organisation. If you are organised, friendly, and fluent in Russian and English – send us your CV to us today!
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greeting customers with a smile – in person and on the phone
  • Coordinating bookings & schedules for car washes and services
  • Offering upsells like deep cleans (earn commissions!)
  • Handling basic admin tasks & keeping the office running smoothly
  • Making coffees (yes, we're serious – you'll be everyone's favorite!)
  • Acting as a key point of contact between their team and clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in Russian & English (Greek is a plus!)
  • Must already have the right to work in Cyprus
  • Great communication & multitasking skills
  • Friendly, professional, and motivated
