We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to join the team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and supplies.

Support the management team with administrative tasks and reporting.

Liaise with external service providers and suppliers.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Excellent command of English and Greek
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Professional and approachable demeanor.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
