MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- General ledger entries & reconciliations.
- Requesting vendor quotations.
- Preparing client offers & purchase agreements.
- Sending & tracking vendor orders.
- Receiving and managing stock.
- Invoicing & credit control.
- Answering phones and client communication.
- Supporting the Director with scheduling & coordination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Organized, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
