GRS Recruitment are working with a CFD broker and are seeking to recruit an Office Admin/Receptionist in Limassol. The successful candidate must be a highly organized and proactive to oversee the smooth functioning of our office operations. As an Office Admin/ Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while handling a range of administrative tasks to support the company's daily activities. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based Office Admin/Receptionist role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answer questions they may have and provide general support.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the offices including office supplies, cleaning, maintenance and inventory .
  • Place orders for the needs of the office through various vendors and ensure the office is stocked appropriately.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
  • Handle complaints or problems that arise
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Any other ad hoc duties from time to time
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a receptionist or office admin will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
