GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an International Investment Firm based in Limassol who are searching for an Office Co-Ordinator to join their successful and international Team. The successful candidate will offer previous experience in an Administrative role with excellent organisational skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • General office administrative duties
  • Answering calls, correspondence processing
  • Fielding and handling of all external communications
  • Maintenance of office records, filing, assistance in Operation tasks
  • Liaising with staff, keeping staff records up to date
  • Managing cleaning arrangements
  • Managing cash payments for office supplies
  • Organising meetings, company events and conferences
  • Transport and accommodation arrangements
  • Executions of the shareholder’s assignments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent Russian & English both spoken and written. Knowledge of Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy is a must (MS Office skills)
  • Previous experience within a secretarial or administrative position
  • Excellent communication skills, trustworthy and punctual
