GRS Recruitment are working in close partnership with a new company in Limassol who are searching for an Office Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility of all administrative activities within their offices in Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)
  • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
  • Organizing the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Being responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation
  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Ensuring filing systems and employee records are maintained and current
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Managing office expenditure and budgets
  • Advising line managers and departmental managers of employment law
  • Administrating the process for contract renewals, resignations, terminations and probation completions
  • Providing other administrative support as necessary, including, doing research, and creating reports
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail and problem solving & analytical abilities
  • Confident PC user, fluency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stress tolerance
  • Full working proficiency in English & Greek is a must for this role
