MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management and vendors.
  • Welcome visitors and provide assistance as needed, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or the equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration or management role.
  • Fluent in English and Russian is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
