GRS is working in partnership with a global advertising technology firm in Limassol and currently seeking to recruit and Office Manager to work on temporary contract for the duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will be managing the office with a varied range of responsibilities from dealing with vendors, onboarding new recruits and handling daily office operations. This role is fully onsite in Limassol with fixed working hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 and requires an individual who is available for an immediate start with fluency in Greek & English.  If you are interested in working on this temporary 12-month contract and have the required experience, Laura at GRS looks forward to receiving your CV today.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be part of a team and develop, focusing on soft services, while working side by side with vendors, partners (landlords) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
  • Responsibility for day-to-day office services and collaboration & work alongside/ direct all in-house vendors, (technicians team/ cleaning) and help lead your partners (greetings, Hospitality for guests and employees, maintenance, ticketing, resolution, etc.).
  • Communication and interaction with other global offices
  • Assist with organization of events (both internal & external), coordinate all logistics details (security, building access, room setup, catering.)
  • Assist with the co-ordination of facilities for all new starters (desk allocation, security cards)
  • Improvement by implementing HSE policies and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Help execute offices renovation plans as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High dedication to customer service and hospitality
  • Organizational, high degree of initiative, self-motivation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, work flexibly under tight deadlines understanding and competencies
  • Knowledges of Health & Safety local compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication highly articulated and polished
  • Fluency in both Greek & English
  • Strong computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics). Internet & Social networks easy player as a plus
  • Must already be residing in Cyprus with valid work permit
