DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain documentation flow and filing systems.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members across departments.
  • Organize and coordinate business meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Liaise with external service providers (couriers, office supply vendors, maintenance services, etc.).
  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, sorting, and archiving documents.
  • Utilize internal systems, specialized software, and office equipment as required.
  • Execute other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay close attention to detail.
  • Highly responsible, trustworthy, and loyal.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, work discipline, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
  • Excellent overall computer skills.
