With an expanding portfolio of innovative projects, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the business ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting directors, the sales team, and various internal departments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the daily administrative functions of the office to ensure a smooth and professional working environment

Provide comprehensive diary management for company directors, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle sales administration duties, including preparation of documentation, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks

Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, follow-ups, and coordination between departments

Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, managing orders, contracts, and maintaining professional relationships

Support HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating leave, and assisting with basic HR processes

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure organization and compliance

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (preferably within real estate, property development, or a fast-paced corporate environment)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail

Confident in diary management, administrative processes, and stakeholder communication

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and general office software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality

A proactive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
