DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across social media, review platforms, forums, blogs, and online communities.

Detect and respond to negative feedback, malicious content, or potential reputation risks quickly and effectively.

Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to proactively address issues and maintain a trusted brand image.

Analyse reputation metrics, track trends, and provide actionable insights to improve online perception.

Ensure consistent, accurate, and credible representation of the brand across all digital channels.

Support crisis management strategies and contribute to campaigns that enhance brand credibility and trust.

Prepare concise monthly reports on online sentiment, engagement, and reputation health.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-management abilities.

Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
