GRS Recruitment is working with a performance-driven Affiliate Network with a strong focus on the Crypto vertical. Alongside our clients' core network operations, they also provide Online Reputation Management services, adding another dynamic area that requires operational coordination. On their behalf we are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office & Operations Coordinator for their Limassol office to support the commercial team and help ensure the smooth running of both affiliate and operations. The successful candidate will be contributing to the foundation of a fast-growing company, where agility, ownership, and continuous improvement are key. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and excited by the opportunity to streamline processes and grow alongside the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Sales Director with daily operational tasks (sending materials, following up on leads, handling advertiser/affiliate requests).

Act as a secondary contact for affiliates and brands via company-managed Telegram accounts and email.

Perform weekly financial calculations of balances and settlements for affiliates and brands.

Prepare payment and collection reports for management approval.

Maintain company databases of affiliates, brands, contracts, and deals.

Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions for staff.

Ensure all agreements, communications, and settlements are properly documented and stored.

Provide first-level support in Telegram groups for affiliates and brands (basic questions, updates, pushing leads).

Assist in onboarding new affiliates and brands by setting up accounts, documentation, and initial communication.

Support the overall control of traffic flows and partner activity through Excel/Google Sheets reporting.

Assist ORM team members with back-office tasks, including project documentation, coordination with vendors/clients, and reporting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, calculations, reporting).

Analytical mindset with strong attention to details.

Service-oriented, structured, and highly organized.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Sales ability – an advantage.

Experience in back-office, finance, or affiliate marketing support – advantage.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CR%, CRG, EPC, ROI) – advantage.

Knowledge of tracking systems (Trackbox, Getlinked, Cake, or similar) – advantage.

Interest or experience in ORM, SEO, Media buying, performance-based marketing activity, google search or digital marketing support – advantage.

Mindset of a builder: comfortable in a developing company environment, willing to take initiative, improve processes, and contribute to growth.
