DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Promoting excellence in service delivery by maintaining high service standards and maximizing revenue.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Reviewing operational reports and KPIs to identify trends and propose improvements to enhance planning, execution, and cost-effectiveness.

Assisting in the control and supervision of daily transport operations, resolving incidents and operational challenges within the assigned area of responsibility.

Liaising and cooperating with the teams at the Bus Station, Planning Department, and Control Room to ensure service levels are maintained.

Participating in scheduled meetings with the Board of Directors, presenting KPI reports, as well as identifying opportunities and risks for the company.

Cooperating with the Board of Directors and the Company Director on tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related filed.
-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered an advantage.

Experience with Microsoft 365 package, particularly Excel.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Fluency in English and Greek.
-
Results-oriented, analytical, organized, and methodical mindset.
