GRS Recruitment is working with a leading pan-European technology investment firm to recruit an Operations Specialist for their Nicosia office. Our client supports ambitious technology founders and high-growth businesses across Europe, managing a significant investment portfolio and working with complex international and multi-jurisdictional corporate structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate services, legal or operations professional to join an international investment environment, supporting corporate administration, legal operations, corporate governance and compliance activities across a diverse portfolio of entities. As an Operations Specialist, you will support the smooth running of corporate administration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The role will provide exposure to international corporate structures and a broad range of governance, legal and operational matters.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate registers and transaction-related documents.
  • Coordinate corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder approvals, meeting documentation and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Support the administration and management of international and multi-jurisdictional corporate structures.
  • Support KYC/AML documentation processes, ongoing compliance monitoring and regulatory requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Manage document execution workflows, including DocuSign processes, document storage and version control.
  • Monitor key deadlines, filings, renewals and ongoing corporate obligations, ensuring timely completion across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, professional advisers and external stakeholders to ensure corporate and operational requirements are managed effectively.
  • Liaise with external corporate service providers, lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks and other professional advisers where required.
  • Conduct research relating to corporate structures, governance, legal entities and compliance matters.
  • Support incorporations, changes to corporate structures and other corporate actions as required.
  • Support improvements to internal processes, templates, trackers and operational workflows.
  • Provide general operational and corporate administration support to the wider team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, corporate administration, legal operations, company secretarial, compliance, fiduciary services, fund administration or a similar role within financial services or professional services.
  • Experience working with corporate documentation, governance processes and KYC/AML procedures.
  • Exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional corporate structures would be highly advantageous.
  • A background in corporate law or experience working within a corporate legal environment would also be considered relevant.
  • Experience liaising with international clients, professional advisers or external service providers would be an advantage.
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritise workload and work effectively within structured processes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, practical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow matters through to completion.
  • Experience with digital tools, document management systems or process improvement initiatives would be considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €36,000 - €42,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
