A well-established Legal firm is searching for a Paralegal to join their litigation team in Malta. You will provide general administrative assistance to the Lawyers of the local litigation team. The chosen candidate will be fluent in Maltese, be educated to A Level and ideally have administrative experience within a legal environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • General administrative assistance to the Lawyers of the local litigation team.
  • Assist in drafting and editing legal documents.
  • Management of files to achieve the maximum effectiveness for the team.
  • Call handling and managing clients’ administrative needs.
  • Assistance with billing and internal reporting systems.
  • Email and calendar management.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Assistance in the court registry.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • An A level standard of Maltese and English
  • Meticulous in work approach.
  • Hard working and conscientious.
  • Proficient use of Word and Excel is a must.
  • Relevant experience within a similar role in a legal setting will be considered an asset.
