Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide vital support to the leadership team, combining administrative, marketing, and IT assistance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.

Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates, newsletters, promotions, and campaigns.

Support IT-related activities such as minor troubleshooting, software setup, and liaising with external providers.

Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in administrative, personal assistant, or office support roles is preferred.

Basic knowledge of marketing and IT is highly desirable.

Excellent command of English; Greek is an advantage.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Formal education is not a requirement, attitude, reliability, and adaptability are key.
