Join our client, a dynamic aviation company based in Larnaca, seeking a dedicated Planning Administrator to become an integral part of their team. This position combines technical planning expertise with customer facing responsibilities, ensuring maintenance is performed efficiently, accurately, and with full transparency towards their clients. You will play a key role in supporting operations, coordinating with engineers and suppliers, and maintaining clear communication with customers while ensuring compliance with all requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and monitor scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance activities for business jets.

Ensure availability of required manpower, tools, materials, and facilities to support planned maintenance tasks.

Prepare and maintain maintenance plans, work packages, and follow-up on task progress.

Inspect completed workpacks for accuracy and correctness following maintenance completion.

Support the Stores Department with parts ordering when and if required.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding maintenance planning, progress, and completion status.

Provide data to the Accounting Department to support preparation of invoices after completed maintenance.

Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely execution of work and minimize aircraft downtime.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with requirements.

Provide continuous support to the line maintenance team, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

BEng, BSc, or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, or related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

1–3 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance planning or similar position will be considered an advantage.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a solution-focused mindset.

Eligible to work in the EU without restrictions.

High level of motivation, ability to work independently, exceptional teamwork, and attention to detail

On-site availability in Larnaca, Cyprus — this is not a remote position.
