MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement responsible gaming protocols in line with regulations.

Monitor player accounts to ensure responsible play and identify areas of concern.

Act swiftly to apply internal Responsible Gaming (RG) procedures.

Manage and address responsible gaming events with care and professionalism.

Increase player engagement and expand gameplay activity.
-
Proactively reach out to players via chat, email, and phone to enhance their experience.

Build positive relationships and interact with players to ensure their satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in English (required)

Shift Flexibility: Able to work 5 days a week, with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday: 08:00–16:00, 10:00–18:00, 13:00–21:00, 16:00–00:00).

Gaming Background: Experience is a plus; a background in gaming is a big advantage.

Computer Skills: Comfortable with digital tools and tech-savvy.

Self-Motivated: Driven and able to work independently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.

European Citizenship is required.
