A long-standing international Professional Services Company with offices in Larnaca is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Private Clients Manager. As a Manager in the Private Client segment, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team that provides high quality, administration, and fiduciary services/ accounting, VAT and reporting services to high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutional clients. Your role will involve client relationship management, team leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors.

Understand clients' financial, business, and administrative goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.

Coordinate with the client or his/her advisors to reach and go above the goals and expectation of the client.

Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Be responsible for profitability of the mandate as well as the invoicing and collection from the client.

Lead and manage a team of professionals.

Set performance targets, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.

Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial and client-centric culture within the team.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and grow the business.

Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and meet evolving client needs.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to implement client acquisition strategies.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.

Oversee the administration of mandates, ensuring compliance and best practice with legal and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve all documents, instruments accounts of the mandates.

Coordinate with the various competence centres of the company, as well as external advisors to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

At all times ensure compliance and best practice corporate governance of the entities of the mandate.

Adhere to laws, regulations, memos, and similar advice from regulators always.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends, changes in laws and regulations, and best practices.

Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications will be considered as a plus.

Extensive experience in fiduciary services, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the trust and fiduciary services industry.

Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary laws, tax planning, estate planning.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.

Proficiency in performing in a digital work environment, using various digital tools and financial report systems.
