Our esteemed client, a reputable private Forex trading company based in Limassol, is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily administrative and clerical tasks that keep our office running efficiently. The ideal candidate will provide strong organizational support, handle office communications, and help maintain a productive and well-structured working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in front-of-house reception or administration, particularly those experienced within the Forex or fintech sector.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage phone calls & correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Meeting and greeting visitors/ arranging conference meetings
- Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Track stocks of office supplies & lace orders when necessary
- Assisting with the planning of corporate events
- Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration Studies
- Computer Literate
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, oral and written
- 1 year experience in a similar position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior experience in the FX market will be considered an advantage
