A reputable property management company, in collaboration with GRS Recruitment, is seeking a polished and service-oriented Front-of-House professional for a prestigious luxury residential development. This key role requires a well-presented individual with fluent English and Russian, who will serve as the welcoming face of the property. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and partners, you will deliver a seamless and exceptional experience, ensuring that all services are coordinated efficiently and that the building’s high standards and Residents’ Rules & Regulations are consistently upheld. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the front desk experience: Welcome residents and guests with a warm, polished presence and impeccable service.
  • Coordinate resident services:
  • Manage common-area facility bookings (gym, pool, function rooms, etc.)
  • Oversee key and access management (issuance, returns, audits)
  • Handle deliveries and concierge requests as instructed by the Residents’ Committee
  • Keep standards high: Enforce Residents’ Rules & Regulations, escalating issues appropriately and professionally.
  • Stay organised: Maintain accurate logs and records (visitors, incidents, keys, deliveries) with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Liaise & resolve: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to resolve issues promptly and keep stakeholders informed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2+ years working experience as a receptionist/concierge in a hotel or multi-apartment residential building.
  • Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Professional presence, discretion, and a genuine hospitality mindset.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and basic property-management/booking systems.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving; calm under pressure and detail-obsessed.
  • Experience in luxury residential or premium hotel environments
  • Proactive, solutions-first approach; able to anticipate resident needs
  • Strong stakeholder management with vendors and service providers
  • Local area knowledge (Limassol) to support concierge recommendations
  • High integrity with a confidentiality-first mindset
