A growing, CySEC regulated Forex company with offices in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Regional Business Development Manager for their team on an on-site basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and other strategic partners.
  • Identify and engage potential partners while ensuring high retention and reactivation rates.
  • Expand the IB & Affiliates network through professional and social media channels.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements based on competitive partner commission packages.
  • Support IBs in growing their network and enhancing their performance.
  • Identify and utilize the most effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
  • Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate and partner performance to meet key business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional support to partners, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Department.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, or other potential partners with the ambition to expand it further.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development within the FX/CFD or online trading industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with a competitive mindset and a desire to succeed.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written and proficiency in at least one additional language is required (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese).
  • Willingness to travel periodically for business meetings, events, and seminars.
