GRS Recruitment are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Retention Agent to join our client, an esteemed Forex Trading company located in Limassol. This is a client-facing role focused on managing the post-deposit journey, reducing withdrawals, and driving consistent net deposit growth. The ideal candidate is a professional with 2–3 years of experience in Forex retention or account management who is Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) and is well-versed in MT4/MT5 trading platforms and has a strong understanding of Forex and CFDs. You will be Confident, disciplined, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment and are Excellent at building long-term client relationships and managing multiple accounts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow a portfolio of retail Forex clients assigned upon their first deposit.

Build strong, long-term client relationships by offering tailored support and guidance.

Reduce withdrawal rates by delivering consistent value and building client trust.

Increase net deposits through proactive engagement and strategic client support.

Provide training and education on Forex and CFD trading, including MT4 and MT5 platforms.

Maintain an organized schedule for calls, follow-ups, and appointments.

Meet and exceed retention KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Be available to work flexible and occasionally unusual hours, as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–3 years of proven experience in Forex retention, with a strong retail sales mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; an additional language is an advantage.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Deep understanding of the Forex and CFD trading landscape.

Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.

Educating clients, simplify complex concepts, and build lasting rapport.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a KPI-focused environment.

Willing and able to work full time from their Limassol office.
