MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES

Act as the primary contact for the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA) and other regulatory bodies, managing communications, audits, and licensing requirements.

Develop, implement, and oversee compliance strategies, policies, and procedures that align with both Swedish regulations and company objectives.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of all SFSA reports, maintaining accuracy and transparency.

Deliver compliance training and guidance to internal teams, building a proactive and well-informed compliance culture.

Monitor regulatory changes and provide clear, actionable insights that support business decisions and future growth.

Support shared services across the organization by offering regulatory expertise that scales with the business.

Flexibly assist onboarding, leadership, and operational teams with compliance-related tasks as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) at a native or business level.

A seasoned Compliance professional with experience in Payments, FinTech, or Banking—this is non-negotiable.

Familiar with SFSA regulations and directives (a strong advantage).

Analytical and solutions-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Educated to a Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take initiative in improving policies, frameworks, and internal processes.
