GRS Recruitment is delighted to partner with a Luxury Hotel seeking a Restaurant Manager in Limassol. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, team performance and compliance with the Company’s standards and procedures. The role involves leading and developing the restaurant team, managing daily operations and staffing, monitoring service quality, supporting revenue and cost control, and ensuring a consistently high-quality dining experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, motivate and develop the restaurant team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts and daily staffing requirements according to operational needs.
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Conduct team briefings, provide coaching and support the ongoing training and development of employees.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and F&B management team to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication.
- Monitor restaurant sales and support revenue generation and upselling initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, inventory and stock management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and Company standards.
- Maintain accurate operational records and provide relevant reports to F&B Management.
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments where required to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Perform any other related duties reasonably assigned by Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Restaurant Management, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environment.
- Proven experience in leading, supervising and developing restaurant teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service and service standards.
- Previous experience in staff scheduling, team coordination and daily operational management.
- Good understanding of sales, revenue generation, budgeting and cost control.
- Strong customer-service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.
- Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek and/or additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and special events, according to operational requirements.
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or a related field will be considered an advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- € 30,000 - €36,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
