We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong background in customer support who thrives in a customer-focused environment who has a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing sales support
  • Managing order processing, logistics coordination, and invoicing
  • Providing administrative support for daily operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and reports
  • Languages: Must be fluent in English and Greek (Russian is optional)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM software is a plus.
