A fast-growing insurance distribution firm regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority is seeking a driven Sales Agent within its Insurance division. Having quickly grown to become one of the leading intermediaries in the market, the firm has ambitious growth targets for the year ahead. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance protection needs
- Present and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
- Manage a pipeline of company-provided leads and convert into long-term client relationships
- Proactively develop new business opportunities alongside lead-based activity
- Support clients throughout the sales process with professionalism and clarity
- Attend client meetings at a time that suits client's availability
- Participate in ongoing training, company events, and team development activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Target-driven with a strong motivation to earn through commission
- Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or client-relationship role is an advantage
- No formal qualifications in insurance or finance required — full training provided
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including regular evening client meetings
- Background in outbound sales or call centre environments is a bonus
